Introducing Upcoming eNav Platform

eNav is the first true executive dashboard designed and built using the enterprise design engineering principles. This platform combines a software application with an engineering methodology that targets the overall business management. It replaces the entire set of approaches used to manage a business with a true engineering-centric platform. From the engineering side, it introduces Model Based System Engineering methodology [Arcadia/Eclipse Capella and SysML-derived] and modern control system theory [Lyapunov equations and state-space math] to manage and control main operations.
This approach is presented at the MIT International System Dynamics conference - July 2026 [Delft, The Netherland].

All current enterprise applications are producing mainly reports. They are used by management, including executive team to piece them together and get an overall view of the business. eNav completely is changing this. It provides only few single dashboards with one view for all projects associated with business processes, one view for all IT and factory automation projects, and one view for all HR associated projects.

Methodology

Because enterprise design engineering was used at the designing and building of the eNav platform, we can use the same methodology, tools, and theories engineers are using when designing dynamic systems, such as planes or satellites. The main challenge we had when applying the enterprise design was to describe a business as a dynamic system, together with its internal logical and physical architecture.

Management Consulting & Enterprise Software

Current management consulting services are ~$500 billions a year business. Enterprise software revenues are projected to reach ~$350 billions. Despite close to a trillion dollars in revenue, none of them can provide an accurate, single view of the business. Not only this, but there is also no scientific way to correct business operations when they go in the wrong direction, the same way engineers are using control system theory to correct engineered dynamic systems. With the help of eNav, the goal is to change this. When using the new platform, management consultants become system designers, MBSE practitioners, and control systems engineers.
